I initially applied for the "Happy Staffy Co" trademark in January 2023. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my solicitor did not provide the additional requested information within the required timeframe, resulting in the application lapsing. Despite efforts to reinstate the application, I was unable to reconnect with the solicitor.
I am now reapplying, with a refined focus solely on the products associated with our brand, rather than the dog breeding class previously included. Our brand has since grown significantly, with established products on the market. We have invested over $500,000 in marketing within the past two years and generated approximately $3 million in revenue in Australia. Additionally, our social media following has expanded to over 500,000 across various platforms.
