(500)	The trade mark is limited to the colours dark blue, light blue and white as shown in the representation attached to the application form. The holder's right of disposal of the above-mentioned international registrations has been restricted in all the designated contracting parties, following the execution of a debenture dated 30 March 2021 in favour of Silicon Valley Bank, in which the holder has granted a fixed charge over the registrations in favour of Silicon Valley Bank, which gives Silicon Valley Bank the right to take control of the registrations in the event of the holder’s default. Following a communication from the representative, Ionic Legal, the International Bureau has been informed that the restriction of the holder's right of disposal of the above-mentioned international registrations, in all the designated contracting parties, must be removed. The holder's right of disposal over the above-mentioned international registrations was previously restricted for all the contracting parties, following the execution of a debenture dated 30 March 2021 in favour of Silicon Valley Bank. Under the terms of that debenture, the holder granted a fixed charge over the relevant registrations to Silicon Valley Bank, which conferred upon the bank the right to assume control of the registrations in the event of the holder’s default. On 12 December 2024, a Global Deed of Release was entered by the relevant parties, effectively discharging the security interest previously held by Silicon Valley Bank. In lights of the above, the holder requests that the restriction on the right of disposal over the specified international registrations now be formally removed.
