Below, in smaller italic letters, appears the phrase “Distilled and bottled in country” ending with “GRANDE ÉPOQUE” in capital letters with serifs, larger and heavier in appearance. The shape of the base of the bottle when viewed from below is slightly square with gently rounded edges. No claim is made to the exclusive right to use the word elements “VODKA” or the phrase “Distilled and bottled in country”. Provisions of paragraph 44(3)(b) and/or Reg 4.15A(3)(b) applied.
