The trade mark is a 'siren like' sound as recorded on the accompanying audio CD. In general terms, the trade mark may be described as consisting predominantly of a combination of swept tones beginning at approximately 500 Hz, 600 Hz, 800 Hz, 900 Hz and 1500 Hz and ending at approximately 1000 Hz, 1100 Hz, 2000 Hz, 2100 Hz, 3800 Hz respectively over a period of approximately 0.65 seconds. The trade mark also has at least three superimposed constant narrow bands of white noise at 2800 Hz, 2900Hz and 3500 Hz respectively which begin approximately 0.25 seconds from the start of the cycle.
