The word Chardonnay appearing in the trade mark will be varied to accord with the grape variety of the goods that the trade mark is applied to. Where the grape variety displayed is a Protected Name, it is a condition of registration that the trade mark will only be used in accordance with the conditions entered on the Register of Protected Names for use of the Protected Name, and that use will accord with the Australian Wine and Brandy Act 1980. The numerals 2007 appearing in the trade mark will be varied to accord with the actual year of the production of the goods that the trade mark is applied to: the words 75 CLE and 8.5% appearing in the trade mark will be varied according to the volume and alcohol content of the particular goods that the trade mark is applied to.
