Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark consists, in part, of a horizontal line beneath the wording "PARK INN", which is comprised of multiple colored blocks. The first sixteen blocks repeat the color pattern RED, ORANGE, GREEN, and BLUE with the block adjacent to an ORANGE block, adjacent to a GREEN block, adjacent to a BLUE block. The final three blocks are a RED block adjacent to an ORANGE block, adjacent to a GREEN block.
