Trade Mark Description: Colour Claimed: GREY PANTONE 877C, GOLD TINE PANTONE 873C, BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815C, WHITE, GOLDEN KURZ 423 and BISTRE PANTONE 4625C; Mark Description: The present mark is made up of a package design comprising a label and a neck label with predominantly GREY background in a combination of "GREY PANTONE 877 C" and "GOLD TINT PANTONE 873 C"; on the neck label branches the denomination "LOUIS ROEDERER" appears in "BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815 C"; in the centre of the neck label is a WHITE oval medallion surrounded by scrolls in GOLDEN "KURZ 423", in the centre of which are the interlaced initials "LR" also in "KURZ 423"; two curved cartouches in "BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815 C" are either side of the medallion, the lower cartouche containing the denomination "LOUIS ROEDERER" in GOLDEN "KURZ 423"; the end of the right branch of the neck label comprises also a WHITE medallion in the centre of which appear coats of arms in GOLDEN "KURZ 423"; the label comprises a frame in "BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815 C" in the upper part of which appears the inscription "MAISON FONDEE EN 1776" in GOLDEN "KURZ 423" and in the lower part of which in an oval medallion in "BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815 C" surrounded by scrolls in GOLDEN "KURZ 423", in the centre of which and the interlaced letters "LR" also in GOLDEN "KURZ 423"; the label has in its centre the interlaced letters "LR" in GOLDEN "KURZ 423" together with the denomination "LOUIS ROEDERER" in "BISTRE PANTONE 4625 C"; these elements are surmounted by the denomination "BRUT PREMIER" in smaller letters in "BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815 C", the words "BRUT" and "REIMS" in "BORDEAUX PANTONE 1815 C" appear in the lower left and right parts of the label respectively.
