Mark Description: The three-dimensional trademark has the form of a rectangular, extendible box, presented open, coloured RED on its front faces and underneath and DARK BROWN on the outer sides, facing forwards, a square, GOLD closing latch on which is engraved a fleur du lys and the stylised words LOUIS XIII DE REMY MARTIN; on the inside of the box, on the rear side covered with a mirrored layer, a GOLD support supports a worked, crystal bottle stop, whereas the rear side, coloured BLACK, supports a crystal bottle with GOLD neck and stopper, filled with an AMBER coloured liquid.
