It is a condition of registration that the trade mark will only be used in respect of wines originating (as defined in the Wine Australia Corporation Act 1980) in the area in respect of which the geographical indication MARGARET RIVER is registered and that the use is in accord with the Wine Australia Corporation Act 1980.
