Mark Description: The trade mark consists of a bottle with a cylindrical body to which lettering in Akzidenz Grotesk Roman font is applied to the lower two-thirds of the front of the body of the bottle, each row of lettering being 2% of the overall size of the bottle, the lettering being embossed in capital letters in 11 horizontal rows of uniform size and font, the lettering consisting of the words: - TRIFOLIUM REPENS - CRATAEGUS MONOGYNA - MELISSA OFFICINALIS - THYMUS POLYTRICHUS - MENTHA X VILLOSA - BETULA PUBESCENS - FILIPENDULA ULMARIA - ULEX EUROPAEUS - MYRRHIS ODORATA - TRIFOLIUM PRATENSE - MENTHA AQUATICA and to which lettering in Akzidenz Grotesk Roman font is applied to the lower two-thirds of the back of the body of the bottle, each row of lettering being 2% of the overall size of the bottle, the lettering being embossed in capital letters in 11 horizontal rows of uniform size and font, the lettering consisting of the words: - TANACETUM VULGARE - JUNIPERUS COMMUNIS - MYRICA GALE - ARTMEMISIA VULGARIS - MENTHA SPICATA - CHAMAEMELUM NOBILE - GALIUM VERUM - CALLUNA VULGARIS - TEUCRIUM SCORODONIA - SAMBUCUS NIGRA - CIRSIUM ARVENSE and there being a gap between the front and back lettering as viewed from each side. The upper third of the bottle bears a white paper label with the words THE BOTANIST in black and the number 22 in Pantone 185Cred and Leitura Roman 1 font. The seal of the bottle cap is white with images of vegetation in Pantone 8400C and Pantone Cool Gray 10, being Cirsium Arvense, Juniper Communis and Galium Verum. The words THE BOTANIST are embossed on the lip of the bottle and visible through the seal and the seal has a Pantone 185C red line around the circumference of the neck of the bottle above these words.
