Mark Description: The mark consists of a tridimensional image of a bottle shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped; the cork is rectangular parallelepiped shaped too, with the word "riserva" written in fancy characters on its four lateral faces; on the frontal face of the bottle we read the wording "Disaronno Riserva" in fancy characters; below there is a strip ending with a seal by one side; the strip partially covers the next short side of the bottle; on the strip there are the wording "refined in oak barrels in marsala sicily" written in fancy characters, below there is an illegible signature; the same signature has been set on the band wrapping the bottle neck.

The applicant has advised that the English translation of the word RISERVA appearing in the trade mark is RESERVE.
