According to a communication from the Romanian Office, AGEPI, the holder's right of disposal of the above-mentioned international registration has been restricted in respect of all the designated Contracting Parties. The restriction results from the agreement on the application of seizure of the assets of Zernoff SRL no. 2c-256/2016 dated 03.05.2016, issued by the Court of First Instance of the sector of Ciocana.

According to a communication from the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova, the International Bureau has been informed of the withdrawal of the restriction of the holder's right of disposal of the above-mentioned international registration, in respect of all the designated Contracting Parties. As per implementation of the decision of the judicial executor Burlac Oxana no. 177-304/16 du 26.12.2016, on the cancellation of the enforcement measures, applied to the debtor ZERNOFF S.R.L., intreprindere mixta.
