Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark consists of a composite motion and sound mark depicting a television screen with the words "THIS HAS BEEN A PRESENTATION OF HOME BOX OFFICE" in sharp lettering which fades to a smaller screen of static "snow" with the wording fading and then the static snow screen "clicks off" as in the turning off of a television set. Simultaneously with the fading out and "clicking off" portion of the visual component, the sound element is the sound of a choir-like bass chord resolving to the sound of static and then to a "click" sound as in the turning off of a television set. The Trade Mark appears in the video file attached to the application form.
