Following a communication from the representative AVV. MARIACRISTINA RAPISARDI dated May 31, 2021, the holder's right of disposal of the International Registrations number 505884, 870825, 927763 and 1344919 is no longer restricted in all the designated Contracting Parties. This release results from a deed of consent to the cancellation of rights in REM, executed on May 20, 2021, by Mr. Luigi Negri in his capacity of authorized representative of FINSEA S.p.A.
Following a communication from the representative UFFICIO BREVETTI RAPISARDI S.R.L., dated June 14, 2017, the holder's right of disposal of the above-mentioned international registration has been restricted in all the designated Contracting Parties, following the execution of a pawn agreement as per a pledge agreement on December 31, 2013, a first act of acknowledgement of pledge on April 15, 2015, and a second act of acknowledgement of pledge on December 5, 2016, in favour of Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A., Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., Banca Popolare di Milano Società Cooperativa a r.l., Banco Popolare Società Cooperativa, Banca Popolare di Sondrio Società Cooperativa p.A., Banca Popolare di Vicenza S.p.A., Cassa di Risparmio della Spezia S.p.A., Deutsche Bank S.p.A., Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. and Unicredit S.p.A.
