Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The trade mark is a shape mark. It consists of the shape of bracelet with a recurring head of a screw device around the outer side of the bracelet and a hinge and locking clasp mechanism on opposite sides of the bracelet as shown in the representations attached to the application form.
