As per the notification received from the registered holder, the holder's right of disposal of the International Registrations n° 1402839, 1428620, 1431215, 1431232, 1435409 and 1536274 has been restricted in all the designated Contracting Parties. This restriction results from the execution of a Trademark Security Agreement, dated July 8, 2021, in favour of Second Avenue Capital Partners LLC, as administrative agent and collateral agent.
As per the notification received from the holder, on June 28, 2024, Second Avenue Capital Partners LLC executed a Termination and Release of Security Interest in favor of the holder of the international registration numbers 1402839, 1428620, 1431215, 1431232 and 1435409. For this reason, the restriction of the holder's right of disposal previously recorded on December 16, 2021, Gazette 2021/50 is no longer in effect in all the designated Contracting Parties in respect of above-mentioned international registrations and also including international registrations 1431215A and 1431232A.
