We have made improvements to Chinese text recognition in the image-based search feature.
Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The Trade Mark consists of a combination of the shape of a bottle in the colour GOLD with a BLACK foil covering the cork and neck of the bottle, and a stylised letter A inside a spade device embossed on a gold band wrapping around the neck of the bottle, as shown in the representation attached to the application form.
