Endorsements

The mark consists of a tall, rectangular brown box that is open on the front, revealing the contents of the box. When the box is closed, the front has a line curved from the bottom of the box at an angle to the top of the box. When opened, the two panels (like doors) on the left and right are curved, the curve on the front of the box is actually a seam, which is how the box opens, like doors. These open panels are what is reflected in the image of the mark. The inside of the box is a neutral, beige color. On the top of the left inner panel of the open box, at the top of the curve appear the words GRAN CENTENARIO and LEYENDA below a representation of an angel with wings and a horn. The right panel is the counterpart to the left panel, the curve sloping downward. On the inside of the box, at the bottom, is a platform upon which the bottom of a bottle rests. In the upper mid-portion of the box's inside is a support at which the neck of the bottle rests. At the top of the inside of a box is an opening, a cut or groove where the top of the bottle fits. On the top panel of the box, appears the words GRAN CENTENARIO and LEYENDA. And the bottle consists of the colour brown as applied to the whole visible surface. The particular cap of the bottle, of a black with gold trim label applied on the neck of the bottle, of an elliptical shaped label in black with a gold inner frame with the words "GRAN CENTENARIO" in white and the word "LEYENDA" in gold with a light gold winged angel holding a light gold horn applied on the front of the bottle and of fluted vertical stripes etched in the glass of the bottle, as shown in the visual representation. The three-dimensional bottle shown in dotted outline does not form part of the mark. Likewise, the brown liquid shown inside the bottle is not claimed as a feature of the mark. On the middle back panel of the box, appears the words GRAN CENTENARIO and LEYENDA above a representation of an angel with wings and a horn. On the right hand back panel of the box appears the words GRAN CENTENARIO and LEYENDA above the representation of an angel with wings and a horn, and a gold line border curved from the bottom of the box at an angle to the top of the box.

The applicant has advised that the English translation of the Spanish word/phrase GRAN CENTENARIO LEYENDA appearing in the trade mark is GRAND CENTENNIAL LEGEND.
