Class 36:
Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fundraising activities to support space exploration, educational services regarding the subjects of planetary missions, exploration of the solar system, and the search for extraterrestrial life, and advocacy for needed science funding; providing grants to others in connection with the foregoing activities.
Class 41:
Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, workshops, and classes at the pre-school, elementary, secondary, college, graduate, post-graduate, and adult level on the subjects of planetary missions, exploration of the solar system, and the search for extraterrestrial life, and distributing course materials in connection therewith; entertainment services, namely, conducting entertainment exhibitions and producing film studies, both on the subjects of planetary missions, exploration of the solar system, and the search for extraterrestrial life; providing and distributing educational materials in connection with the foregoing.
