We have made improvements to Chinese text recognition in the image-based search feature.
Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
It is a condition of registration that the trade mark will only be used under the conditions entered on the Register of Protected Geographical Indications and Other Terms for use of the Geographical Indication YARRA VALLEY and that the use will accord with the Wine Australia Act 2013 (Cth).
It is a condition of registration that the trade mark will only be used in respect of goods produced in, or containing goods derived from, the Yering area within the Yarra Valley.
The number "01" appearing in the representation of the trade mark will be changed to accord with the applicable batch number of the relevant goods.
