The trade mark is a movement mark, as shown in the video file attached to the application. The opening screen background consists of an image of a schoolboy looking at his phone. Overlaying this image, on the left of the screen, is the text "THE ALGORITHM OF DISRESPECT" and below is an icon with the text "ENTER JAMES' PHONE" and an arrow symbol pointing downwards. To the right of the screen, separated by a bold line, there is a blurb on the Algorithm of Disrespect education tool. At the start of the sequence, a mouse cursor moves from the centre of the screen toward the icon "ENTER JAMES' PHONE". The mouse cursor clicks on the "ENTER JAMES' PHONE" icon, following which the background disappears and only the "ENTER JAMES' PHONE" icon and bold line remain on the screen. The bold line then moves down the screen towards the next part of the sequence. The next part of the sequence consists of a series of moving bold lines and the words, "THE" "ALGORITHM" "OF" "DISRESPECT" each displayed consecutively and on their own line. The letters "THE" are first displayed on the screen in a square. From "THE" the bold line emerges and moves in a horizontal and then vertical fashion toward the next word which appears, "ALGORITHM". Simultaneously, as the word "ALGORITHM" appears, the bold line connects with the letter "I" and the remaining letters in the word "ALGORITHM" then appear. The letters "OF" are then displayed on the screen in a circle. A second bold line simultaneously emerges and moving horizontally from right to left passes through the word "OF". The bold line then moves vertically down the screen toward the word, "DISRESPECT". As the word "DISRESPECT" appears, the vertical bold line connects with the letter "I" and the word "DISRESPECT" is bolded. At the end of the sequence, the bold line and words depicted are filled with flashes. The bold line then stretches from the bottom to the top of the screen, and the background changes colour.
