The Trade Mark consists of a jar with lid and a cylindrical shape with two pressure point (bulges) that are respectively placed just below the lid, and just above the bottom of the jar. The jar has embossed ridges, placed just below the upper pressure point/bulge, and just above the lower pressure point/bulge. The upper ridge contains a horizontal encircling line upon which diagonally intersected, perpendicularly placed small dashes are applied that meet in a flattened V-shape in the middle. The lower ridges contain a mirror copy of this pattern, with a red lid, between the embossed ridges the jar has a red label with alternative red and white vertical stripe, the stylised words Lotus, encompassed by a thin white line and Biscoff, with an image of a biscuit located diagonally beneath the word Biscoff, as shown in the representation(s) attached to the application form.
