Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark is a vertical oval line with a mermaid and letters inside. The mermaid is turned to her right side with long curly hair floating back. Her left hand is held up with a suspended bubble above her left hand, her right hand hangs behind her and her tail is curled back. There are two Cyrillic letters on the left side of the mermaid, and one Cyrillic letter on the right side of the mermaid. Below the mermaid there are four capital letters MMQH.
The applicant has advised that the words in the Mark have no meaning in English
