Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark consists of the letters 'KORLSHOW' and two Chinese characters. The Chinese characters transliterate to 'KE SHI'. The graphic part of the mark is a ring and three stars.
The applicant has advised that the Chinese characters 科示 appearing in the trade mark may be transliterated as KE SHI and there is no meaning in English.
