Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark in greyscale consists of the word elements "PiKU ROOTSTOCKS". "PiKU" written with the letters "P" "K" "U" and "ROOTSTOCKS" all in capital letters, the font of the element "PiKU" being lighter than that of the element "ROOTSTOCKS". Between the two words is a stylised illustration of a plant. The stem of this plants runs vertically between the two word elements. The crown of the tree is symbolised by a kind of inkblot in greyscale. The roots are depicted in drawings.
The applicant has advised that the words in the Mark have no meaning in English
