We have made improvements to Chinese text recognition in the image-based search feature.
Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark consists of the word "HYDRONOVATION" in stylized wording, with a shaded water droplet-shaped symbol in front of it pointing upward towards the right bisected vertically and horizontally by lines, with the upper left quadrant containing a shaded circle within which appears a minus sign and the lower right quadrant containing a shaded circle within which appears a plus sign.
It is a condition of protection that, in use, the cross device contained within the trade mark will be rendered in colours other than red on a white or silver background, or white or silver on a red background.
