The mark consists of a graphic element resembling an upright mountain range represented by three obtuse and inverted angles, the upper one interrupted in blue, the central one complete in white and the lower one interrupted on its sides in red. The word elements "THE WAY I AM" are depicted below in capital letters and in blue. The white background is not part of the mark
