The trademark consists of an imprint depicting the wording UNION BOOT DIVISION in fancy characters which extends on two levels, to the left of which there is a substantially rectangular band the lowermost side of which follows a line that is initially horizontal, then obliquely turns downward and back upward, forming a triangle, and then continues horizontally, the whole placed above another, substantially quadrilateral band, which extends downward from above, in a curve to the base and then rises upward again, the band protruding at the two ends in two oblique segments, said device element being separated from the wording UNION BOOT DIVISION by a vertical bar.
