Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The mark consists of a circular design with an opening on the right side. Inside the circular, an inverted triangle with horizontal stripes on the left, where the left corner intersects the circular and the right side is concave and rounded, and a solid ring on the right side of the triangle, with two slashes to the right of the ring angled to the right, where the bottom of the left slash extends to the left and also intersects the circular. Below the design are three stylized letters "GMK" separated by two English periods.
The applicant has advised that the words in the Mark have no meaning in English
