The mark consists of stylized Thai characters above the word "Tepthai" in stylized Latin script. Below the wording appears a design of a five-pointed star flanked by two symmetrical leaf-like flourishes. All of the foregoing is enclosed within a decorative border with curved sides and pointed corners.
No claim is made to the exclusive right to use "Thai" and non-Latin characters that transliterate to "Thai" apart from the mark as shown.
The Holder has advised that the Thai characters เทพไทย appearing in the trade mark may be transliterated as TEPTHAI and may be translated into English as THAI DEITY.
