real estate services in the nature of a real estate agency services including selling, buying, letting or taking on lease of, or otherwise dealing with or disposing of any real estate or business on behalf of any other person, or negotiating for the sale, purchase, exchange, letting, or taking on lease of, or any other dealing with or disposition of any real estate or business on behalf of any other person, or collecting rent for any real estate or business on behalf of any other person; all services being within the nature and scope of the regulation of a real estate agency and its agents in Australia and none of the aforementioned services being of the nature provided by an Australian Financial Services (AFS) license.
