The mark consists of a stylized triangle having nine small circles spaced along the sides, with each circle a solid dot with a shaded outline; one circle is positioned at each of the three vertices, and two additional circles are positioned equal distance between each vertices; the lines between each vertices, and the closest circles are dashed lines, the lines between each of the middle two circles along each side is solid; a circle positioned substantially in the center of the triangle having solid lines connecting this centered circle to each of the circles along the sides to form three sides of a stylized cube; positioned to the right of the triangle, near the lowermost edge, are the words "3 LIGHTS" in lower case with the letter "I" having three vertically aligned superscript dots.
