The mark consists of the letter D overlapped by a repeating pattern of diamond shapes used on the waistbands of shorts, underwear, men's underwear, athletic supporters and jockstraps for athletic purposes; the matter shown in broken or dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark on the goods.
