We have made improvements to Chinese text recognition in the image-based search feature.
Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The trademark is composed of a combination of a device and stylized wordings, where the device consists of an outermost octagon, a middle circle, and an innermost irregular circle. The wordings on the right of the device consists of four Chinese characters BO SHENG ZHUO YUE and PLATINUM LIFE below them.
The Holder has advised that the Chinese characters 铂生卓越 appearing in the trade mark may be transliterated as BO SHENG ZHUO YUE from left to right.
