Australian Trade Mark Search is the Australian Government’s trade mark search system.
The trade mark is a movement mark. It consists of three translucent, rectangular panels which appear on a black background and spin towards the centre from the left, right and bottom, until they overlap one another to form a diagonal stair-step shape, shown at an angle. The left panel sits lowest and furthest to the left, and the right panel sits highest and furthest to the right. The three panels disappear and are replaced by three white interlocking parallelograms, shown at an angle, with the word SCREENWEST appearing to the right. The trade mark appears in the video clip attached to the application.
No oppositions information available.
