Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letter "T" and the numeral "2" It is a condition of registration that, where the Rules governing the use of the mark do no so provide, there shall be a right of appeal to the Registrar of Trade marks against a refusal of the proprietor to certify goods or to authorise use of the trade mark. The Rules governing the use of the trade mark are open to public inspection during the normal business hours on days on which the Trade marks Ofiice is open. It is a condition of registration that the proprietor shall furnish annually to the Registrar a Schedule of all current Approval Requirements and Codes and shall provide copies of the Approval Requirements and Codes designated therein as and when the Registrar may require.
