Endorsements

It is a condition of registration that when the mark is in use in relation to the goods for which it is registered, the blank space in the mark will either be left vacant or be occupied by either matter of a wholly descriptive and non-trade mark character or the trade mark the subject of registration 1223 with or without the addition of matter of a wholly descriptive and non-trade mark character. It is a condition of registration of the trade mark that it will not be assigned separately from the trade mark the subject of registration No 1223. Registration of this series of Trade Marks is limited to the colours black and yellow for the device marked 2/ on the application form, blue for that marked 3/, blue and yellow for that marked 4/, brown for that marked 5/ and brown and light blue for the device marked 6/ as depicted in the representations attached to the application form. Registration of this series of Trade Marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letter K.

The preceding endorsement(s) were recorded prior to commencement of the Trade Marks Act 1995.
