Material treatment services being recovery and treatment of effluent sludges such as from sewage treatment plants, oil refineries and wool scouring plants, other wastes and contaminated materials e.g. including soils and redundant plant and machinery; the recovery and dewatering of sludges from lagoons, settling tanks and other storages; provision of mobile pilot plants for on-site process testing and development; incineration of hazardous materials at off-site facilities and decontamination of soils or other materials prior to disposal or re-use; the processing of waste including the cementing of waste into a fixed product enabling safe subsequent handling and disposal; the dewatering of sludges to reduce waste volume, cement/ fixation of hazardous waste prior to disposal; treatment of redundant chemicals; none of the foregoing services being services applied to vehicles
