The coloured trade mark in the series of trade marks is depicted in the colours GREY, YELLOW, RED, ORANGE, LIGHT AND DARK PINK, LIGHT AND DARK BLUE, GREEN, BLACK, PURPLE, BROWN AND LIGHT BROWN, BEIGE AND WHITE as shown in the representation attached to the application form.
When the trade mark is used for items in the specification of goods other than pecan caramel cream, the words PECAN CARAMEL CREAM in the trade mark will be changed to accord with those other items.
