The trade mark consists of the words AU DUC DE PRASLIN, MAZET MONTARGIS and PARIS and the device of a SHIELD all contained in the device of a CIRCLE, the words FONDUE AU CHOCOLAT and a six sided package in the colours PINK, GOLD and BROWN, as shown in the representation accompanying the application form.
The applicant has advised that the FRENCH words FONDUE AU CHOCOLAT appearing in the trade mark may be translated as CHOCOLATE FONDUE, and that the words AU DUC DE PRASLIN appearing in the trade mark may be translated as AT THE DUKE OF PRASLIN.
