The trade mark consists in the distinctive marking of a taxi cab as follows: The body, mudguards and bonnet and wheels are coloured black, the top portion of the cab and roof are coloured primrose, whilst a black strip approx. 10 inches wide and commencing at the middle of the top edge of the windscreen, extends in a widening sweep over the roof terminating at the rear-vision windows, at approx. the same width as those windows. A crest appears on the panel of each front door bearing the word "SUBURBAN" in black lettering on a primrose scroll; "TAXI SERVICE" in primrose
